    • Unlocking Collective Wisdom

This is perfect for leaders who frequently run meetings, events, or teams where collaboration is vital.

  • Women’s networks have long promoted the need for greater gender equity and inclusion in the workplace, not just for the benefit of women, but for the benefit of all. However, these conversations often lack a critical perspective – that of men. To achieve the true vision of diversity, equity and inclusion, we must join forces to better understand each other’s experiences and challenges in ways that allow for mutual trust, collaboration and support.

In this interactive series, Jake Fishbein and Kim Meninger, certified professional coaches who lead gender-specific groups focused on self-empowerment, will co-facilitate a safe, respectful, gender-inclusive conversation to break down gender barriers, increase psychological safety and create greater opportunities for gender equity.

    Session 1: Building Psychological Safety

The experience of psychological safety is fundamental to our success at work, but we don’t often discuss what psychological safety means to us. In this session, we explore what makes us feel safe and unsafe in the workplace and examine the similarities and differences across gender. This empowers us to identify actionable steps we can all take to strengthen psychological safety across the organization.

    Session 2: Creating Awareness

Building on the discussion of psychological safety, in this session, we create awareness of differences in how we experience the workplace. The meeting includes opportunities to share what we wish other genders knew about our experiences, so that we can break down barriers, build empathy and deepen connections. This awareness also creates more meaningful opportunity for allyship.

    Session 3: Shifting into Action

In this session, we collectively examine what we’ve learned about ourselves and each other. These reflections guide us toward identifying opportunities for actionable next steps. We also encourage participants to share commitments they will make to better support colleagues in the future.

All our work supports four key pillars: 1) Bringing your A-Game. 2) Sharing. 3) Contribution. 4) Redefining what it means to be a man.

    LEARN MORE

  • In this two-day workshop, you’ll connect with your true authentic self and learn how to be unstoppable in every aspect of your life by showing up authentic, powerful, and expressed.

As men it can be difficult to be authentic. We get so many mixed messages telling us to be a certain way and what it means to “act like a man.”

The narratives in society say we should be sensitive, but not too sensitive. We should be assertive, but not assholes. We should be providers, but also okay not being the breadwinner. It's confusing being a man right now, and it's challenging to avoid falling into the “man box” trap and not buying into who people tell us we should be.

But the truth is… we shouldn't be anyone but who we are. The problem is there aren't many people out there to help us figure out how to connect to our truth.

That's what this weekend is all about.

    UPCOMING DATES TBD

Development Principles

ONE

Learning is a cycle made up of action, reflection, and sharing.

TWO

Noticing is the first step towards development and growth.

THREE

Meet people where they are. They cannot and will not always be where you want them to be.

FOUR

Work on the hard stuff. Stretch. Be uncomfortable. Grow. And do it all with purpose.

SEVEN

Life is not a gently running stream. Life is a turbulent storm upon a mighty sea. And even turbulent storms are beautiful.

TEN

To create maximum impact, you must develop the whole; it is tempting to focus solely on external development, but internal development is what ultimately leads to radically different results.

FIVE

Focus on WHO you want to BE - not WHAT you want to ACCOMPLISH. Accomplishments are born out of identity.

EIGHT

Pay attention to your thoughts and language. They reveal more about what's beneath the surface than almost anything else.

ELEVEN

Own your choices: both the successes and the mistakes. You will not be perfect, and that's okay. The only true mistake is not taking responsibility for your decisions and their impact.

SIX

The lens you look at the world through determines the results you create and the legacy you leave.

NINE

Know your capacity. Your performance is impacted by how much you’ve eaten, how much you’ve slept, and much more.

TWELVE

Trust yourself. If something crosses your mind: do something about it. If you think of someone: reach out. If you think of sharing something with someone: share. If you realize you love someone: tell them.
